Scott Engelhard Attorney was a Public Defender in Seattle through June 1986. Scott Engelhard handled dozens of criminal trials, felonies and misdemeanors. Scott Engelhard was Staff Attorney at Washington Appellate Defender Association from July, 1986 through Jan. 1988.
